- Child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist Education Overview Dr. Cat Dang graduated Cum Laude from the University of California at Irvine (UCI) with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biological Sciences. She attended Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, to obtain her degree as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her psychiatry residency training at the UCLA/San Fernando Valley psychiatry program. She went on to finish her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship training at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she was awarded for excellence in patient care.
